Bloomberg BNA Environmental Publications Merge

Effective December 31, 2017, Bloomberg BNA environment, energy, and safety news will merge into one publication, Environment & Energy Report. These changes mean several titles will no longer be available as stand-alone publications. However, the titles being replaced will remain on the Bloomberg Law® platform until further notice. 

Daily Environment Report™, International Environment Reporter™, Chemical Regulation Reporter®, Energy & Climate Report, Right-to-Know Planning Guide Report™, and State Environment Daily™ will cease publication as stand-alone publications, and be replaced by Environment & Energy Report. This new report will include all areas covered by the former titles.

Occupational Safety & Health Reporter℠ and Environment Reporter℠ will also move to the new platform on December 31, 2017. Environment Reporter now includes reporting on water law and policy in addition to its former coverage areas. Water Law & Policy Monitor™ will cease publication on a stand-alone basis. Occupational Safety & Health Reporter will permanently move to https://bnanews.bna.com/safety/ year-end as of December 31, 2017, while the enhanced Environment Reporter can be found at https://bnanews.bna.com/environment-reporter/.
