New Legal Research Guide: Critical Race Theory and Racial Justice
November 2, 2020
The UNC Law Library is pleased to announce the creation and publication of a new Critical Race Theory and Racial Justice legal research guide to support student and faculty research on this topic, as well as our Critical Race Lawyering Civil Rights Clinic.
The guide is divided into six sections: an overview of tactics for researching the topic, an introduction to Critical Race Theory, further developments in Critical Race Theory, subjects related to Critical Race Theory, works on racial justice in the United States, and works on racial justice in North Carolina. Within each of these topics, the guide highlights major essays, monographs, and collections and provides links to additional sources for research.
Be sure to check out the Critical Race Theory guide, and please let the law library know if you have any questions. This topic is broad and overlaps with many other areas of scholarship, but reference librarians are available to help!
