Biography
Julie Kimbrough is a Clinical Professor of Law and Deputy Director of the Law Library, Kathrine R. Everett Law Library. Kimbrough’s teaching and research interests include legal research, law practice technology, public access to legal information, and information policy. She recently served as chair of the Legal Information Preservation Alliance.
Kimbrough is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Millsaps College and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She earned her Juris Doctor and Master of Science in Library Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and she is a member of the North Carolina State Bar. Kimbrough worked as a Legal Reference Specialist at the Law Library of Congress prior to returning to UNC.
