I need help with:

Westlaw and Lexis Passwords: Go to the Reference Desk, call 962-1194, or go to Ask a Law Librarian

Connecting to the UNC network: please submit a help ticket. This is where you go for help with installation of ethernet and wireless cards.

Overdue books and fines: Call the Circulation Desk at (919)-962-1191 or (919)-962-3474.

A Reference Question: Go to the Reference Desk, call 962-1194, or go to Ask a Law Librarian

Lexis or Westlaw searching: If you have general Westlaw questions or questions of a technical nature, call 1-800-WESTLAW (937-8529). If you have a search question concening Westlaw, call 1-800-REF-ATTY (1-800-733-2889). Assistance is available 24 hours a day. You can also email for help at support@westgroup.com. For Lexis, call 1-800-455-3947..

Law school computers and presentation equipment outside of the Law Library: please submit a help ticket.

If you are having problems with the library's computers or microfiche readers including the computer kiosks, CALR Room 3042, and Electronic Learning Center Room 3031, please submit a help ticket.

Locating a missing book in the library: Ask at the circulation desk or email Deborah K. Webster, Access Services Librarian // .

Locating a journal or book not in the library's collection. Try WorldCat, if your are on campus, to see what library does have the book. If you are a UNC-CH Law student, faculty member, or staff member, use this library's Interlibrary Loan services.

Renewing a book online: The telephone renewal service is no longer available with the new campus integrated library system. Books can be renewed at: http://webcat.lib.unc.edu/patroninfo
