Research Authority Management Service

The Research Authority Management Service (RAM) offers assistance to faculty members who are interested in using reference management software, such as Zotero and RefWorks. Reference Librarian Tim Gallina is available to answer questions and provide demonstrations of how the software can be used to gather and organize research sources.
