Research Authority Management Service

The Research Authority Management Service (RAM) offers assistance to faculty members who are interested in using reference management software to gather and organize research sources. Reference Librarian Tim Gallina is available to answer questions and provide demonstrations of the following software:

  • Zotero
    • Citation manager designed to store, manage and cite bibliographic references.
  • RefWorks
    • Online service used to create a personal database of bibliographic citations.
  • Scrivener
    • Content-generation tool constructed for collecting research and composing and structuring writing projects.
