This project was created by the staff of the Kathrine R. Everett Law Library at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with financial support from COSELL (the Consortium of South Eastern Law Libraries). As part of the project, the library staff produced a CD-ROM containing an index of the Library's collection of briefs and records filed with the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit between 1980 and 1987. The CD-ROM was distributed to COSELL members as part of the grant.
