The Law Library is open to anyone in the community who needs to use the collection. Most material in the collection does not circulate; however, all materials may be used in-house.

Residents of North Carolina, including attorneys and law professionals, may register for a borrower's card; there is a $25.00 annual fee. This borrower's card is honored at all campus libraries. Persons currently affiliated with the Triangle Research Libraries Network (Duke, NCCU, and NCSU), UNC System schools, and North Carolina community colleges may use a school identification card to register for borrowing privileges at no charge.
